BOX TYPE AMBULANCE PROJECT FOR QATAR EMERGENCY SERVICES

We introduced our box type ambulance to the delegation from the Qatar emergency service. We would like to inform you that we have received positive feedback from the officials in the delegation. They stated that our box type ambulance complies with Qatar’s high quality and safety standards. The boxes of our box type ambulance are manufactured from sandwich panels, composite or fiberglass material supported by profiles, according to the preference of our valued customers.

The base of our box type ambulance is fireproof, non-slip, antibacterial epoxy coating. The right and left side walls and ceiling are ABS coated. Our box type ambulance is preferred in the Middle East and Asian regions with its high quality and large interior volume.

During the meetings with the Qatar delegation, they preferred to manufacture our box type ambulance on a Mercedes Sprinter 515 gasoline automatic transmission vehicle. The low quality of diesel fuel in Qatar and the preference for gasoline were the most important factors in this choice.

The officials in the delegation of the Qatar emergency service institution decided to purchase 1 box type ambulance from the EOS Ambulance company in the first stage. After the delivery of the first box type ambulance to Qatar, they are planning to purchase 30 new units after the vehicle is put into service. Regarding the purpose of putting the first box type ambulance into operation in Qatar, they stated that it is to make a decision for the Mercedes Sprinter brand vehicle. If it is deemed appropriate in terms of usage and maintenance costs, the other 30 box type ambulances will be purchased with a Mercedes Sprinter vehicle. If the Mercedes Sprinter vehicle does not comply with the Qatari conditions and the efficiency cannot be obtained, we will have negotiations for a box type ambulance on the GMC Savana chassis vehicle.

Qatar emergency service institution plans to establish a motorcycle emergency response team in order to strengthen the ambulance service and increase its speed after the project of 30 box type ambulances. We aim to complete the box type ambulance project in 4 months with the delivery and use of the first ambulance and the approval of the remaining 30 projects. After the production and delivery of the first box type ambulance in 2 weeks, the use of the vehicle in the field for 1 month and the production and delivery of the remaining 30 box type ambulances in a 2-month period with the approval of the project were made.

After our talks and the order of the first ambulance, Qatari emergency service officials left the dormitory. After the end of the production of the first box type ambulance, they will visit our company for control and approval again.
